PRIVACY POLICY

I.   About This Document

We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our continuing commitment to the privacy of personal information provided by those visiting and interacting with our websites. This document discloses the privacy practices for knightskypictures.com and ghostsofthewestmovie.com, and applies solely to information collected by those sites.

As described more fully herein, we will not sell, share, lend, lease or rent any of the information that uniquely identifies you (such as email addresses or personal details) with any third party outside of our organization, except to the extent it is necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, process transactions, or provide products and services that you have requested and as specified in this policy.

II.  The Information We Collect

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our websites or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information, purchase history, and any other information you choose to provide. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may also collect personally identifiable information (including first and last name, email address, physical address when making a purchase, and communications), payment details (please refer to “VIII. Secure Purchasing from the Sites” and “V. How We Store, Use, Share, and Disclose Information”), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile as entered on our sites.

 

You are not required to provide us with any personally identifiable information to visit or view our websites.

III. How We Collect Information

When you conduct a transaction on our websites, as part of the process we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used only for the specific reasons stated in this policy.

Third party companies such as Google Analytics may gather information on how you use our site, including your geographic location, which pages you visit, and how long you spend on various pages. This information, if delivered to us, is in aggregate and cannot be tied to you specifically. To disable the Google Analytics cookies and other third party web analytics service provider cookies, you can choose to have your browser notify you when cookies are being written to your computer or accessed, or you can disable cookies. IV. Why We Collect Information

We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate our services;

  2. To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

V.  How We Store, Use, Share, and Disclose Information

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of: administering our business activities; providing and delivering the information, products, receipts and services you requested; responding to your questions and requests; providing customer service; customizing our site’s content, layout, and services; and other lawful purposes. These uses improve our sites and better tailor it to meet your needs.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. (See also “VIII. Secure Purchasing from the Sites.”)

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.

We will not sell, share, lend, lease or rent any of the information that uniquely identifies you (such as email addresses or personal details) with any third party outside of our organization, except to the extent it is necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, process transactions, or provide products and services that you have requested and as specified in this policy.

We are based in the United States; as such, the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries as may be required by law, or to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.

VI. How and When We Communicate with You

We may contact you to notify you about issues regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms of Service, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Unless you ask us not to, we may also contact you via email in the future to tell you about changes to this privacy policy or about specials, new products or services, events, and updates you may find valuable. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our websites.

VII. Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser, usually used to keep track of their movements and actions on a site. They provide essential security measures, and are used for quick loading and distribution of content. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies using your web browser settings. If you choose to disable cookies, some areas of our sites may not work properly or at all. The sites may not respond to Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.

Our websites may use cookies from third-parties or when using the store pages, and we do not control the operation of any of them. These include:

  • Google Analytics collects data about website usage and does not include personally identifiable information. You can view the Google Privacy Policy here: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

  • Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors’ general details of our websites. Collecting these statistics allows us to make our visitors’ experience better (e.g. which pages are visited and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral). Visitor Analytics cookies are used to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics does not use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user.   • Should you visit our store pages and/or make purchases, you may find the following cookies used, with our without local storage, depending upon your activities and how you choose to check out: cartscheckout.com, pci-connect.squareup.com, cashier.wix.com, and paypal.com. You can check which cookies are used by our sites and partner services using Chrome's built-in cookie view. Click “Secure” next to the URL bar and then click “Cookies.” (Note: Make sure that you are viewing the site in “incognito mode,” so that your browser does not detect cookies currently placed on your browser.) You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish by checking your browser settings on each device.

VIII. Secure Purchasing from the Sites

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). We offer two methods to securely process payment; as such, we never learn or store your credit card information. Only your personally identifiable information required to process and/or ship your order are shared with us. It is kept confidential and in a secure environment.

While you may review, correct, modify, or delete information that we store at any time (see “XV. Your Access to and Control Over Information”), note that some information you provide may continue to be accessible (e.g., invoices and purchase history) and that we may continue to store information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

IX. Age of Consent

By using our sites, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our sites. Minors under the age of 18 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before making purchases for products or services on our sites.

X.  Your Consent

By using our sites you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, and accept its terms. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other websites. (See “XII. Links to Other Sites.”)

XI. Social Sharing Features

Social sharing features and other integrated tools on the sites (such as the Facebook “Like” button) let you share actions you take on our sites with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. XI. Member Community and Forums

By becoming a member, you establish a public profile that is publicly visible to other members, and your public activity (such as posts or comments) will be visible to other members and visitors of the websites.

You may opt-out and exit the community at any time, and upon doing so, your profile will not be publicly visible. In such event you will no longer be able to use the community features (e.g. liking, commenting, or writing posts).

XIII. Links to Other Sites

Our sites contain links to third-party sites. When using a link to navigate away from one of our sites to another, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including sites which have a link on our sites, is subject to that site’s own rules and policies. Please read over the privacy statements, rules and policies of any other site that collects personally identifiable information before proceeding.

XIV. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

XV. Updates to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

XVI. Your Access to and Control Over Information
